1. Scope of These Terms

3. Cash-Offer Requests and Forms

Each page of the Site includes a cash-offer request form ("Form NAHB-01") that collects a property address and phone number. By submitting a form, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you own the property identified or are authorized to act for its owner, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Reference numbers displayed on the form (e.g., "NAHB-2026-XXXX") are generated for tracking convenience and do not represent a registered filing, an account, or an obligation of any kind.

4. Offers Are Not Binding Until a Written Contract

Neighborhood and zip-code lists are indicative of our service footprint and are not a commitment to purchase any particular property, and general statements about a city's housing market are not an appraisal or opinion of value for your property.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including the New Age Home Buyer name and logo, page designs, text, graphics, images, structured data, and code — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
